SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)의 평가결과는 SEC 평가방법론(SEC Evaluation Methodology)과 SEC 평가체계(SEC Evaluation Framework)에 따라 기업 및 공공기관을 평가하고, 평가·검증과 사실확인 및 이의신청 등 정해진 절차를 거쳐 SEC의 심의·의결로 최종 확정한 공식 책임경영 평가결과이다.

 

The evaluation results of SEC (Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission) are official Responsible Management evaluation results for corporations and public institutions, finalized through SEC deliberation and resolution following evaluation, verification, Factual Review, Appeal, and other established procedures in accordance with the SEC Evaluation Methodology and SEC Evaluation Framework.

 

최종 확정된 평가결과는 해당 평가연도에 대한 SEC의 공식 평가결과로 관리하며, 이를 바탕으로 WFSRI와 SEC WFSRI Rating을 확정하고 관련 규정에 따라 공표·관리한다.

 

Finalized evaluation results are managed as SEC’s official evaluation results for the relevant evaluation year and form the basis for finalizing the WFSRI and SEC WFSRI Rating and for subsequent disclosure and management in accordance with applicable regulations.

 

 

 

Ⅰ. 평가결과의 도출

I. Derivation of Evaluation Results

 

 

SEC는 해당 평가연도의 평가자료를 수집·분석하고 SEC 평가방법론과 평가체계에 따라 평가를 실시하여 기업 및 공공기관의 책임경영 평가결과를 도출한다.

 

SEC collects and analyzes evaluation data for the relevant evaluation year and conducts evaluations in accordance with the SEC Evaluation Methodology and Evaluation Framework to derive Responsible Management evaluation results for corporations and public institutions.

 

평가결과는 특정한 하나의 지표나 개별적인 성과만으로 결정하지 않으며, 평가를 통해 확인된 다양한 요소와 객관적인 자료 및 근거를 종합적으로 반영하여 도출한다.

 

Evaluation results are not determined by any single indicator or individual performance measure. They are derived by comprehensively reflecting the various factors identified through the evaluation together with objective data and supporting evidence.

 

 

 

Ⅱ. 평가결과의 검증

II. Verification of Evaluation Results

 

 

SEC는 평가결과의 정확성과 신뢰성을 확보하기 위하여 평가에 반영된 자료와 평가결과를 검증한다.

 

SEC verifies the data reflected in the evaluation and the resulting evaluation outcomes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of evaluation results.

 

자료검증 과정에서는 평가자료의 출처와 객관성 및 신뢰성을 확인하고, 평가기준의 일관된 적용 여부와 평가자료 및 평가결과 간의 정합성을 검토한다.

 

The data verification process examines the sources, objectivity, and reliability of evaluation data, as well as the consistent application of evaluation criteria and the alignment between evaluation data and evaluation results.

 

추가적인 확인이 필요한 사항이 있는 경우에는 관련 자료와 근거를 확인하고 그 결과를 평가에 반영한다.

 

Where additional confirmation is required, SEC reviews the relevant data and supporting evidence and reflects the findings in the evaluation.

 

 

 

Ⅲ. 평가결과의 최종 확정

III. Final Confirmation of Evaluation Results

 

 

SEC는 평가결과를 최종 확정하기 전에 사실확인(Factual Review), 자료검증(Data Verification) 및 이의신청(Appeal) 등 관련 절차와 그 결과를 종합적으로 검토한다.

 

Before finalizing evaluation results, SEC comprehensively reviews the relevant procedures and their outcomes, including Factual Review, Data Verification, and Appeal.

 

사실확인 또는 이의신청 과정에서 객관적인 자료와 근거를 통해 평가결과에 반영할 사항이 확인된 경우에는 이를 검토하여 최종 평가결과에 반영한다.

 

Where objective data and supporting evidence identified through Factual Review or Appeal establish matters that need to be reflected in the evaluation results, SEC reviews and incorporates them into the final evaluation results.

 

관련 절차가 완료되면 SEC의 심의·의결을 거쳐 평가결과를 최종 확정한다.

 

Upon completion of the relevant procedures, the evaluation results are finalized through SEC deliberation and resolution.

 

최종 확정된 평가결과는 해당 평가연도에 대한 SEC의 공식 평가결과로 인정하고 관리한다.

 

The finalized evaluation results are recognized and managed as SEC’s official evaluation results for the relevant evaluation year.

 

사실확인과 이의신청의 대상과 방법 및 구체적인 절차는 「ESG·WFSRI 평가」에서 정한 사항에 따른다.

 

The scope, methods, and detailed procedures for Factual Review and Appeal are governed by the provisions established under “ESG·WFSRI Evaluation.”

 

 

 

Ⅳ. 평가결과와 WFSRI·Rating

IV. Evaluation Results, WFSRI, and Rating

 

 

SEC는 최종 확정된 책임경영 평가결과를 종합하여 WF책임경영지수(WF Sustainable Responsibility Index, WFSRI)를 산출하고, 평가결과와 WFSRI를 바탕으로 해당 평가연도의 SEC WFSRI Rating을 확정한다.

 

SEC integrates the finalized Responsible Management evaluation results to derive the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) and confirms the SEC WFSRI Rating for the relevant evaluation year based on the evaluation results and the WFSRI.

 

WFSRI와 SEC WFSRI Rating은 평가결과를 서로 다른 방식으로 나타낸다. WFSRI는 책임경영 평가결과를 종합하여 산출하는 종합평가지수이며, SEC WFSRI Rating은 확정된 평가결과와 WFSRI를 바탕으로 책임경영 수준을 정해진 등급체계에 따라 나타낸다.

 

The WFSRI and SEC WFSRI Rating represent evaluation results in different forms. The WFSRI is a Comprehensive Evaluation Index derived by integrating Responsible Management evaluation results, while the SEC WFSRI Rating represents the level of Responsible Management within an established rating structure based on the finalized evaluation results and the WFSRI.

 

WFSRI에 관한 구체적인 사항은 「WFSRI」에서, Rating의 등급체계와 등급별 의미 및 운영에 관한 사항은 「SEC WFSRI Rating」에서 각각 제시한다.

 

Specific matters concerning the WFSRI are presented under “WFSRI,” while the rating structure, meaning of each Rating, and Rating operations are presented under “SEC WFSRI Rating.”

 

 

 

Ⅴ. 평가결과의 공표

V. Disclosure of Evaluation Results

 

 

SEC는 최종 확정된 평가결과 가운데 공표대상으로 결정된 결과를 관련 규정에 따라 공개한다.

 

SEC discloses finalized evaluation results designated for publication in accordance with applicable regulations.

 

평가결과는 SEC 및 세계청년리더총연맹(WFPL) 공식 홈페이지, 보도자료, 평가보고서, 연구보고서 및 기타 적절한 방법을 통하여 공표할 수 있다.

 

Evaluation results may be disclosed through the official websites of SEC and the WORLD FEDERATION OF POWER LEADERS (WFPL), press releases, evaluation reports, research reports, and other appropriate channels.

 

평가결과를 공표하는 경우에는 SEC WFSRI Rating을 비롯하여 해당 평가결과의 이해에 필요한 정보 가운데 공개대상으로 결정된 사항을 함께 제시할 수 있다.

 

When evaluation results are disclosed, the SEC WFSRI Rating and other information designated for publication and necessary for understanding the relevant evaluation results may also be provided.

 

평가결과의 공개범위와 공개시기 및 공개방법은 「SEC 평가결과 공표규정」에 따른다.

 

The scope, timing, and methods of disclosure of evaluation results are governed by the SEC Evaluation Result Disclosure Regulations.

 

 

 

Ⅵ. 평가결과의 공개범위와 정보관리

VI. Scope of Disclosure and Information Management

 

 

평가과정에서 생성·확보한 모든 자료와 정보가 공개대상이 되는 것은 아니다.

 

Not all data and information generated or obtained during the evaluation process are subject to disclosure.

 

SEC는 관련 규정에 따라 공표대상과 공개범위를 정하고, 공개가 결정된 평가결과와 관련 정보만을 공식적으로 제공한다.

 

SEC determines the results subject to disclosure and the scope of disclosure in accordance with applicable regulations and officially provides only those evaluation results and related information approved for publication.

 

개별 평가자료, 내부 검토자료, 세부 평가정보 및 공개대상으로 결정되지 않은 정보는 관련 규정과 정보관리 원칙에 따라 관리한다.

 

Individual evaluation data, internal review materials, detailed evaluation information, and information not designated for disclosure are managed in accordance with applicable regulations and information management principles.

 

 

 

Ⅶ. 평가결과의 연도별 관리

VII. Annual Management of Evaluation Results

 

 

SEC는 최종 확정된 평가결과를 평가연도별 공식 기록으로 구분하여 관리한다.

 

SEC manages finalized evaluation results as official records organized by evaluation year.

 

각 연도의 평가결과는 해당 평가연도에 적용된 평가기준과 평가자료 및 평가환경을 바탕으로 확정된 결과이다.

 

Evaluation results for each year are finalized on the basis of the evaluation criteria, evaluation data, and evaluation environment applicable to that evaluation year.

 

서로 다른 연도의 평가결과를 비교하는 경우에는 평가대상과 평가환경 및 평가기준의 변경 여부 등 연도 간 비교가능성에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요소를 함께 고려한다.

 

When comparing evaluation results across different years, factors that may affect comparability, including changes in the organizations evaluated, the evaluation environment, and evaluation criteria, are considered together.

 

공개된 연도별 평가결과는 「연도별 평가결과」에서 확인할 수 있도록 관리한다.

 

Disclosed annual evaluation results are organized and made available under “Annual Evaluation Results.”

 

 

 

Ⅷ. 평가결과의 활용

VIII. Utilization of Evaluation Results

 

 

SEC는 확정된 평가결과를 관련 규정과 각 제도의 운영기준에 따라 평가분석, 연구 및 기타 책임경영과 관련된 공익적 목적에 활용할 수 있다.

 

SEC may utilize finalized evaluation results, in accordance with applicable regulations and the operational standards of the relevant systems, for evaluation analysis, research, and other public-interest purposes related to Responsible Management.

 

평가결과를 활용한 동종업계 비교분석, 산업별 분석, 기업별 책임경영 프로파일, 전망정보 및 각종 평가분석보고서에 관한 사항은 「ESG·WFSRI 평가분석센터」에서 제시한다.

 

Peer group comparative analysis, industry analysis, Corporate Responsible Management Profiles, outlook information, and evaluation analysis reports based on evaluation results are presented under the “ESG·WFSRI Evaluation & Analysis Center.”

 

평가결과와 연계하여 운영하는 별도의 인증에 관한 사항은 「인증제도」에서 제시한다.

 

Matters concerning separate certification operated in connection with evaluation results are presented under “Certification System.”

 

 

 

Ⅸ. 평가결과의 해석

IX. Interpretation of Evaluation Results

 

 

SEC 평가결과는 해당 평가연도의 평가자료와 평가환경을 바탕으로 기업 및 공공기관의 책임경영을 평가한 결과이다.

 

SEC evaluation results represent an assessment of the Responsible Management of corporations and public institutions based on the evaluation data and evaluation environment for the relevant evaluation year.

 

평가결과는 평가대상 조직의 책임경영 수준과 특성을 이해하기 위한 평가정보이며, 조직의 모든 측면에 대한 절대적인 판단을 의미하지 않는다.

 

Evaluation results provide information for understanding the level and characteristics of Responsible Management of an evaluated organization and do not constitute an absolute judgment of every aspect of the organization.

 

평가결과와 SEC WFSRI Rating은 특정 조직의 미래 성과나 기업가치 또는 경쟁력을 확정하거나 예측하는 정보가 아니며, 특정한 투자·거래·구매 또는 기타 의사결정을 직접 권고하거나 대신하지 않는다.

 

Evaluation results and the SEC WFSRI Rating do not determine or predict the future performance, corporate value, or competitiveness of a particular organization and do not directly recommend or substitute for any investment, transaction, purchasing, or other decision.

 

 

 

Ⅹ. 평가결과의 사후관리

X. Post-Evaluation Management

 

 

최종 확정된 평가결과가 공표된 이후 객관적인 사실오류가 확인되거나 정정·변경이 필요한 사유가 발생한 경우에는 관련 규정과 정해진 절차에 따라 검토하고 처리한다.

 

Where an objective factual error is identified after finalized evaluation results have been disclosed, or where circumstances arise that require correction or modification, the matter is reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable regulations and established procedures.

 

평가결과의 검색, 연도별 공개정보 및 등급현황은 각각의 관련 메뉴에서 제공하며, 최종 확정 이후 평가결과의 정정·변경에 관한 구체적인 사항은 「평가결과 정정·변경」에서 제시한다.

 

Evaluation result searches, annual disclosed information, and Rating status are provided through their respective menus, while specific matters concerning correction and modification of evaluation results following final confirmation are presented under “Correction and Modification of Evaluation Results.”
