SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)는 평가 및 기관운영과 관련하여 기업·공공기관 및 이해관계자가 확인할 필요가 있는 주요 사항을 「공지사항」을 통해 공식적으로 안내한다.

 

SEC (Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission) provides official notices on major matters concerning evaluations and institutional operations that corporations, public institutions, and stakeholders need to be aware of.

 

 

 

Ⅰ. 공지사항의 운영

I. Operation of Notices

 

공지사항은 SEC의 평가일정과 주요 절차, 평가자료 안내, 제도 및 운영기준의 변경 등 공식적인 안내가 필요한 사항을 신속하고 정확하게 전달하기 위하여 운영한다.

 

Notices are provided to communicate promptly and accurately official information concerning SEC evaluation schedules and major procedures, evaluation materials, changes to systems and operational standards, and other matters requiring formal notification.

공지사항에 게시되는 내용은 SEC가 공식적으로 확인하거나 확정한 정보를 기준으로 한다.

 

Information published in Notices is based on information officially verified or confirmed by SEC.

II. Principal Notices

 

 

SEC는 평가 및 기관운영과 관련하여 공식적인 안내가 필요한 사항을 공지할 수 있다.

 

SEC may issue official notices concerning matters relating to evaluations and institutional operations.

 

평가 실시와 일정, 평가절차와 자료제출, 사실확인 및 이의신청, 평가결과 공표, 관련 규정과 운영기준의 제·개정, 홈페이지와 정보서비스 운영 및 그 밖에 기업·공공기관과 이해관계자에게 안내가 필요한 사항을 공지한다.

 

Notices may address evaluation implementation and schedules, evaluation procedures and submission of materials, factual review and appeals, disclosure of evaluation results, enactment and revision of relevant regulations and operational standards, website and information service operations, and other matters requiring notification to corporations, public institutions, and stakeholders.

 

 

 

Ⅲ. 평가공고와 공지사항의 구분

III. Distinction between Evaluation Announcements and Notices

 

 

기업·공공기관을 대상으로 실시하는 SEC ESG·WFSRI 평가의 공식 평가공고는 「ESG·WFSRI 평가」의 「평가공고」에서 제공한다.

 

Official announcements concerning the SEC ESG·WFSRI Evaluation for corporations and public institutions are provided under “Evaluation Announcements” within “ESG·WFSRI Evaluation.”

 

「공지사항」에서는 평가공고 이후 평가운영 과정에서 추가로 안내할 필요가 있는 일정, 절차, 자료 및 관련 사항을 제공한다.

 

“Notices” provides additional information concerning schedules, procedures, materials, and related matters that need to be communicated during the evaluation process following an official evaluation announcement.

 

 

 

Ⅳ. 규정 제·개정과 공지사항의 구분

IV. Distinction between Regulatory History and Notices

 

 

규정과 주요 공개 운영기준의 공식적인 제정·개정 이력은 「제·개정 이력」에서 관리한다.

 

The official enactment and revision history of regulations and major publicly disclosed operational standards is maintained under “Enactment and Revision History.”

 

규정의 제정·개정 또는 시행과 관련하여 별도의 안내가 필요한 경우에는 해당 내용을 공지사항으로 안내할 수 있다.

 

Where separate notification is necessary concerning the enactment, revision, or implementation of a regulation, the relevant information may also be communicated through Notices.

V. Management of Published Information

 

 

SEC는 공지사항의 게시일과 내용을 명확하게 관리하고, 게시 이후 내용이 변경되는 경우에는 변경된 사항을 확인할 수 있도록 관리한다.

 

SEC clearly manages the publication date and content of Notices and, where published information is subsequently changed, ensures that the updated information can be identified.

 

공지사항에 포함된 일정이나 기준이 관련 규정 또는 공식 평가공고에 따라 변경된 경우에는 현재 적용되는 공식 정보가 명확하게 확인될 수 있도록 한다.

 

Where a schedule or standard contained in a Notice is changed pursuant to an applicable regulation or official evaluation announcement, SEC ensures that the currently applicable official information can be clearly identified.

평가와 관련된 세부적인 제도와 기준은 해당 홈페이지 메뉴와 공식 규정 및 평가공고를 기준으로 확인한다.

 

Detailed evaluation systems and standards are verified through the relevant sections of the SEC website, official regulations, and evaluation announcements.

 

공지사항은 특정 시점에 필요한 공식 안내를 제공하는 정보공개 채널로 운영하며, 각 제도에 관한 공식 규정이나 기준을 대신하지 않는다.

 

Notices operate as an information disclosure channel for official communications required at a particular time and do not replace the formal regulations or standards governing each system.
